Project wall

Francesco Pantaleone Arte Contemporary, in conjunction with our regular programming in Palermo and Milano started a new project in February 2014. Our Project Wall is a space we dedicate to “external” artists whom we have never before hosted in our gallery. It is a place they can exhibit a smaller scale of their work, usually with a theme that ties the pieces together. The space is usually 3 m x 3m and the show lasts up to 30 days. With the Project Wall, we aim to expand the horizons, to inspire new ideas, and to get to know new artists that have a particularly interesting form of expression. It is a sort of ‘studio visit’ and provides a space where the artist can experiment with a project they are working on and allows them to see their ideas on display somewhat unofficially, something that is especially of value to younger artists.
